What up everyone I was wondering If I was the one one curious about this this turbo on our cars. Its an older style vgt HE4 with the phneumatic actuator. I haven't had time to take the exact measurements yet however from the diesel forums....

I've found almost all 431's to have billet compressor wheels and I believe the ones from certain school busses had Titanium wheels.
The compressor side is the same size as the HE351 which is a rather common setup nowadays, however the HE431 has a huge 29cm exhaust housing ( I've heard it also came with a 19cm housing however I've never seen one) The HE351's housing is around 25cm
