Halo flipup headlights? and projector question

I was wondering if there is anywhere that we can order halo flip up headlights for mk3 supra's? All I can find is projector head lights

and I was wondering what the difference is between these two projector lights

Those are NOT projectors.
- You're not going to get projector headlights for less than a couple hundred dollars at min. Proper retrofit done by someone else is $500+ (usual going rate for the bigger guys is over a grand)
- By halos, you mean the round "halo" that is used as a daytime running light and city light on BMW's. We have square headlights...you see where this is going....

Blah,, didn't even think about how I've only seen them on cars with circle headlights, why must you make so much sense...
