My latest set of Clevites had been made by NDC, my last 2 sets of ACL's were NDC for the first set, ACL for the second.

That would be awesome.

Still waiting on a few last minute pieces of the build. I'm going to work with the tuner to SAFELY approach 20 psi and add some timing in a few weeks after break-in is done.

I am running ACL's that i got from driftmotion on my current motor.. 3 years of 20+ pounds of boost and still going strong. To me it seems kinda silly to do a forged bottom end and not push it harder. I would run 16-18 on a fresh stocker any day.

I agree. Any guesses on what boost it could be run at w/o meth/race fuel; running on 93 octane? 18/20 psi maybe?

I know that I won't really know until it's on the dyno...but just speculation...

Well, when I was running a LIPP Boss Sr. 64mm/P-trim turbo and 8.4ish compression (eagles/JE's/2mm cometic) I was able to safely do 18 psi and make 417hp with straight pump gas. The main thing was I emphasized reliability and safety to my tuner so there might have been more power to grab, but it was a totally safe tune with some built-in safety from slightly lesser quality gas.

BTW, that's through an R154, so that may play a part.

That's probably a reliable comparison. If I stay above 400rwhp, that will make me happy.
