I'm currently in the process of going from GTE to GE.

I know the GE throttle cable is longer and the throttle cable bracket is extended further than the GTE one.

I currently have the GTE throttle cable still installed in my car and of course wont reach the GE throttle cable bracket on the engine.

SO, should I get a GE Throttle cable or can I use a GTE Throttle Cable Bracket?

first i gotta ask why....

second i just went na-t and i didn't know the cable was different, but the bracket and linkage's are, and the throttle bodies are of course.

third i'm still waiting for my gte bracket so i can give it 100% throttle but judging by pics i've seen i dont think the gte bracket will work with ge valve covers-pcv looks like it will be in the way.

not entirely sure but i dont think the gte bracket will work for you but maybe if u get a custom linkage...hope this makes sense and helps.

I sold my GTE to Enrique, and he gave me his N/A so I can have a running Supra for the meantime.

Going NA-T is different because the throttle cable on the N/A is longer so it'll reach, no problem.
