Have a 87T with the r154, just got done with a bhg, go to put the car in reverse and its grinding also little hard to put into gear. when we put the tranny in we heard two different things that you didn't need a clutch alignment tool and then we heard you did well we went with the don't need one. Would that be why its grinding when trying to go into reverse and so hard to put in gear or is it something else. Please help =]

Well, reverse always gives a little trouble.
First is what I use, I put it in first for a second and then go to reverse and it works. Fifth can work too.
