So im thinking of getting the brian crower 1mm oversized valves for the 1jz head. I already have the springs and retainers, and the 272 cams from BC. So i feel like this would be that last big step for an uber top end...
I have no clue about any machine shops. The guy i used last time for the head rebuild had a pretty basic setup, and honestly im betting her took some short cuts too. I dont want just anybody boring out the head for the larger valves. And why they are at it ide like a good port/polish done too. The same guy for me i noticed only polished the heads, he didnt port shit!
So what experiences do you guys have with some shops for this kinda stuff? I dont mind shipping the heads anywhere in the us. Any input is greatly appreciated!
