What kind of fuel management do you have? E85 will get you there with no problems, but you need to take advantage of the increased timing you can run. I have 1000cc injectors on my 2j that is about to fire up, and according to dyno graphs and calculators, Ill run out of injector near the 725whp range. So if the rest of your "system" can handle that, you should be able to make 600whp with no problems.

What kind ecu, exhuast, header, cams, intake setup, clutch do you have?

Whats the inlet inducer mm on the cold side of that turbo.

Ya if your turbo is a real T70 you should be able to hit 500 on pump like Albert. I know there are alot of turbos sold as T70s but are really 57 trims with a huge housing...

Gurley0916 it probably is a 57 trim cause I was told it was a t70 when I bought the car and as far as engine management I have a aem standalone v2

I was able to hit 475 on my masterpower T70 1j last summer on pump. Down here in the ridiculous heat, well over 500 on a nice cool south FL winter evening i suspect.

Something is bad wrong with your car. At 23psi, I make 635rwhp and about 595 torque. That's with 93 octane and methanol, but it's still only 23psi. On plain 93 octane and 18psi with a gt35, I was making 440rwhp. No way a t70 and 25psi should be making what you're making. You've got to be running pig rich or losing about half of your boost before it makes it to the head.

The issue isn't his car; I will put my money on that turbo not being a T70. I've had a local guy with a 1jz that said he was running a T70 like me. Pulled off his coupler and saw that the inducer of his wheel was like a 54trim wheel. So instead of a turbo that's suppose to flow 84lbs/min he is on a turbo that flows like 46lbs/min.

Anyone can have a T04S compressor housing (4"inlet:2.5"outlet) and make it look like he is running a huge turbo lol

Take off your coupler, look inside, this is how big it should look for a quick visual check

This post. That's why its crucial to know the inducer in mm to make any guess's. I bet the T70 stands more for the a/r of the housing.

I've owned a 5862, a 6262, and now a 6466. All 3 are the same physical size on the outside, so with that frame of a turbo, its safe to assume a pte 5858 sat next to a 6766, you can't tell them apart.
