Godspeed intercooler kit.

Im looking at this kit. Am I going to have issues with the metal bumper? Is there going to have to be any major fabrication that will have to happen to get it to fit where the stock intercooler sat? Would appreciate anyone with experience in this kit in specific.

I just installed this kit two weeks ago on a customer's car. It will fit in the stock location just fine. The only thing you'll need to do is cut the lower 3/4 of the vertical latch/header support off. You may need to tweak the power steering lines just a bit to push them further forward for extra clearance. You'll also need to relocate the oil cooler. I made some L brackets and bolted it to the bottom of the bumper support, off to the side before the intercooler. You'll also need to relocate the coolant overflow somewhere else. The kit comes with this big aluminum bracket that I found absolutely no use for. You'll need to make some brackets to hold the intercooler in place.
