Getting Another Supra..... Finally!!!

It's been several yeas since I sold my Supra but tomorrow I'm getting back into one!!! I'm trading it straight up for my beater (my other car is a turbo MR2) but it has a rolled bearing and knocking (what a terribly unexpected surprise from the 7MGTE). I will be looking for either a good but cheap 7M block just to get it running or a 1J setup (or a 2j if i get stupid lucky and find one stupid cheap). Just wanted to put this out there because I'm excited to have my first car back (not the exact one but close). Whooot!!!!!!!:icon_bigg

In the end I payed $350 for it. I traded it with a car I payed $250 for, and another $100 for the tow. Body is clean, interior is in ok condition (brown and tan cloth), but it needs a block. Can't beat it for $350 in my opinion.

Well, I got some good news for you if you want to arrange for shipping.....I have a close friend here ( well 30 minutes away ) that has a 2JZ 90% complete, and wants $700 for it. I know it needs a harness, and cam gears for sure. I have a spare R154, and a rear sump oil pan....lol. Damn near everything needed for a great swap and for cheap. Just shoot me a text if you are interested. Would be a nice road trip in a rental van....931-249-5018

Yea it's brown and tan like what you have quoted. IDK what paint code... Black.

Yep that's my MR2 also. It has a JDM Gen3 Turbo motor. Attached is a pic of the engine bay.I built the pipes. Those are my welds. The throttle cable has since been replaced by a shorter one.

The one wheel looks different because the last owner polished the wheels and didn't get to the last one.
