I haven't seen these available and have a local company willing to make them. I know that ATI makes them for the 7M and I believe you can get them for the 2J. Have not been able to locate them for the 1J however, so if you know where to get them, LMK and I'm not going to have them worry about it.
- I did find the 1/2 (top) cover on ebay coming from China, but don't know much about that one.
This will be for a direct replacement cam gear cover for the 1JZGTE, just like the factory (only cooler). Made in the USA. Able to tolerate the underhood temps.
Have a couple of pics, however, none on a motor yet, so that'll be what I have to do next.
This is a gauging interest thread, not the official group buy. From what I'm seeing the goal will be about $90 plus shipping which I thought was fair. I will record names in the first post and if there's enough interest will count on anyone who signs up here to take one in a group buy.
