Off topic but what gauge cluster is that never seen one with volt meter like that.. and I like that style fuel gauge v.s the 89 style.... Anyways when I have spare cash I am interested

Its not a supra, its a mr2. but 90s toyota have similar gauge needles.

Since we're talking MR2's, this is what I did to mine:

it might not be considered "cool," but I did mine red with a sharpie (apparently pretty common), and aside from it being semi-difficult to do correctly, they came out rather nice IMO.
