Gates Racing...Very High quality belt. The part number is t237rb. It is even blue, just like the greddy, half the price. Made in USA Holding one in my hand as we speak!

timing belts on these cars are fine, greddy is a bit too expensive IMHO (maybe if you had a clear timing cover and nice cam gears I can see you wanting something nice...)

now if only they made it in red LOL

Thanks again, but i found it @ drag race, inc. aka club rsx, for $78.00 SHIPPED:love: not bad for a hipo belt. ::bhg::

You asked for the community's help about a belt, then go outside the community to buy it? Why did you not ask for one of the authorized vendors to give you a price on one?

Okay Gates claims their number is T237, no RB at the end, anyone have any input, took all day just to get that, tomorrow I'll price it.

Here's a link to the catalog pdf, what it looks like to me is the T237 is the standard gates belt for our Supras, no where does it say anything about racing, or blue.

Not all 7m's are non-interference, and why waste money on a lot of things under the hood we don't need? Because we want the best.

So is chrome, polished turbo comp. covers, most braided hoses, powder coating, and just about any other bling under the hood. Its all a waste of money. But everyone still does it, so why not buy a good belt for 70 bucks.
