after driving for 30 minutes or more and parking in the garage, the whole garage smells like gas. I opened up the hood and didnt smell any gas coming from the engine bay. I did smell gas in the rear tire well near the gas filler door. my question is could there be a leak in the gas tank or filler pipe? Any advice or suggestions would be really help. -Brian

Maybe you need a new gas cap? The rubber seal could be bad...
Or could it possibly be fumes from remnants of gas that splashed around the filler when you were filling up?

i was leaking gas out of the seal from the FPD to the fuel rail. you could smell it around the car. might check there..

charcoal canister is in the engine bay. so thers prolly no leak there, since the smell is by the gas cap..
yea, look for the easy stuff fist like leaky gas cap or peek underneath and look at the filler neck to make sure its dry.. then lines, tank etc.
