Front End Oil Leak. Cam Seal?

I have a oil leak from the front part of the motor.
I removed the timing cover to see if the leak I have is a cam seal.
If the cam seal is leaking, will it leak in front of or behind the inner metal cover bolted behind the timing cover?
Looks like there is some oil behind the pass side cam wheel but the oil is not on the outer side of the inner metal cover.
The oil is around the water pump area.

If it's not coming from the cam seals, it's coming from the distributor O-ring.

I replaced the dist and the seal when the dist was leaking. The leak is not like when the dist was leaking but the dist was leaking inside the dist.

I belive thats from the cam seal.

I started my motor without my cam seals in (DOH!) and the oil leaked behind the metal cover.

make sure you read how to replace them in the manual.
