Well, classes are over, finals are done. all thats left to do this summer is work my ass off, and work on the supra. over the school year i got the wheels put back on the daily, and got some taillights on (OEM altima SE-R, NOT RICE)

anyways, now all i gotta do is figure out WTF im going to do with the supra. too many ideas are bouncing around, everything ranging in sizes from 1ggte to 1uzfe. overall goal this summer is to get around 250-300 HP out of this sucker.

sigh, looks like i wont be driving my supra this year at all. instead im going to try and save as much as possible. looks like im going to need around 4-5 grand to do what i want to do. which would be to take the fastest NA title, and get this tank into the 12s without boosting it. so far the build list is looking like:

SIP 3.24 stroker kit
somewhere around 10:1 compression (leave it low enough to boost if i want)
264 cam regrinds
P&P head and intake mani
3 angle valve job
935 stage 2 header
2.75" exhaust
maft pro in SD
intake relocated to bumper
some decent weight savings
and some sticky meats that will drop my 60'

well, my indecive ass finally made a decision, and now i gotta stick with it. last night i bought a CT-26 (previously rebuilt, unknown trim and milage) and it has only a slight amount of play in the up down area) a 90 MT GTE ecu, a turbo guage cluster (for the tach), 440s and resistor pack. the turbo goodies i already have include stock GTE catback, downpipe, coilpacks, ignitor, all oil componenets, fan and i already have a r154 and DS in the car.

Congrats on your decision to go turbo. It'll be a lot cheaper in the long run. Plus boost is great.

i also have a stock DP, but i think im going to do a 3in (ebay one) to my 2.5" exhaust with a cutout.

You should consider upgrading to a 3in catback. Bottlenecking the exhaust isn't good.

edit: or if you just plan to use the cutout for power, then I suppose the 2.5 is ok.
