ok, ever since i have been on these boards i have read alot of arguments on how much and what type of oil is best to be used in our (stock internals) 7MGTE engines.
So lets settle this once and for all. Is it absolutly safe to put in the TSRM 4.4 litres in for an oil change or do u need more, and if so how much? What type of oild should be used? 10w30? 10w40? 20w40? 20w50? what is best for conditions of 5-40 degrees C climate? and what brand name and synthetic or not? Theres so many questions but i think this should be officially settled so everyone can get the most life out of their engines.
