History: in 2003 I had an aermotive A1000 mounted above my Diff, over the years gravity and sediments in the fuel tank finally killed it. I also did not have a pre-filter, I only had a post 100-micron filter.

Now I have a pre 10 micron and a post micron filter, here are the pics. The 100-micron is not pictured, it's directly under the driver seat (underneath the car of course)

Hey Manny.
Is there any brace attached to that welded plate? if not, then those welds will eventually fracture due to weight of the pump and vibration induced fatigue. You may not drive your car often for this to be an impending problem, but it's a certain eventuality.

eagle, IDAHO!
i just did mine identically to your setup except im running a aeromotive eliminator.. i also used some rubber washers and made little supports to help hold the weight. but yes going over bumps and that whole deal. yours will eventually fall off.

any body else rocking a sumped stock tank with inline fuel pumps?

That is a possibility. The welds seem very strong but I will ask the shop.

Thanks for the compliments guys.
