Well its been fun, but my time with the supra has chosen its destiny. Driving home monday I have the right a way this guy chooses to not yield and turns right in front of me and boom. Everything I worked so hard for, put blood and sweat into, jusy swaped another 7mge in it in febuary gone. The motor is still good just a broken fan and air filter housing. When I was 18 (23 now)I bought a 1990 240sx the guy had ruined the motor with nitros so i yanked the motor sohc, then bought a dohc planning to swap it over and gave up. So I dont really have a choice but to build it back up:icon_neut

Yea I'm blessed I wusnt even wearing my seatbelt, I only had a cut on the back of my head from the rear view mirror and my neck ached from hitting the front windshield.

Glad to hear you're ok. Was he determined to be at fault? If so it looks like you've got some cash coming your way. My suggestion... swap in that 7mge into that 240 and na-t that thing. You have everything you need to at least do the non-turbo swap. Just have to fab the motor mounts and driveshaft. There are companies out there that will make a driveshaft for you.

its a sad thing to see a wrecked supra. my 87 na looked almost identical to that when i got hit by a drunk guy on 4th of july 06, minus the fender damage, identical =/ same accident scenario too.

my advice, do what i did, drive a beater for a few months, buy a turbo model. best fix for loosing YOUR car. get the same thing but upgraded :)
