Engine stall.

Hey guys, I'm kind of stuck. I did a compression test about a month ago, put everything back to together again and started the car up. It runs and idles just fine until the engine starts warming up then if it's in neutral or a low idle while driving the engine stalls. I replaced the spark plugs and they were gaped to .032 but that did not help so I ordered a used alternator and the voltage tested fine. There's no vacuum leaks, no codes. I've checked coil packs, connectors and plug wires. Could this be an ignition problem? Could a wrong spark plug gap make the engine stall only when it's warm and low idle? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: I forgot to add that the battery won't hold charge, I have to jump it everytime if it sits longer than 30 minutes.

Check your tps. Make sure the AFM screw isnt messed with as well as the screw on the throttle body. My car would stall after letting of boost, even with a recirculated BOV.
