Hey guys, so I'm pulling the engine out of my 1988 Toyota supra 7mgte. There's nothing left on the block but the water pump and timing belt housing upfront. Does anyone out there know how much the short block and manual transmission weighs together?
Engine and tranny weight???

Not exact but both complete together should be around 700lbs or so.
1/2 ton on the cherry picker is more than enough.

Thats good enough for me thanks, i have a 2 ton winch with a boom arm. It holds less weight as the boom is extended. Just making sure it will handle the load.��
