sup guys. well i just installed a boost controller on the 1j today. i read a few threads saying it was a pain in the ass. and once i looked at it i was ready for a battle with this thing. :biglaugh: but it actaull y wasnt to hard to do, i did some custom tool creating and it went pretty smooth. now time to turn it up. :naughty: so i have heard that on a ct26 every psi = about 11 hp? how bout a 1jz? and i should be fine at 16 psi right? thanks

Mike

I'm not sure exactly how much hp you'll gain per psi or if it's even constant.

But yes you will be ok at 16 and you'll notice a significant difference from stock boost 9-11ish.

Anybody that says otherwise that the twins won't last at 16psi can eat shit. :)

nah they'll be ok at 16psi. do you have the supporting mods? Fuel Controller and all that. cause if you dont then Fuel is 14 psi and 16 will be impossible to hit.....
