What is a normal EGT for cruise speeds. At about 70 mph, I'm getting about 500 Degrees Celcius.... Going up a long hill with no boost I get up to about 650.... Is this normal or should I be worried? The car is running great and getting good gas mileage.

At 80 mph, I hit about 700 deg C...going up a grade, it goes to about 750. Yours looks good to me.

You guys should state where the probe is. Anything taken after the turbo is meaningless.

It's not meaningless...it's going to read at least 100-150 deg C low after the turbo. But, you are right if you want to get a valid comparison the probe placement (pre or post turbine) is necessary. Mine is on the bottom of the turbo housing just after the flange where it bolts up to the exhaust manifold....prior to the turbine.

With the probe on the number 6 header runner (about 3-4 inches from head port)
As shown in the above image:

3000 rpm
12.4 MAP
80 MPH
5th gear
14.4 a/f
713 C egt, about 1300 F
Ignition timing (affects EGT's) is around 36 deg
