hey guys. im trying to remove my upper intake manifold but i have to disconnect a connector and slide it through the manifold but the problem is i cant get it to disconnect. its the connector that connects to the transmission (i think) its yellow and ive tried all ways that i could think of..i just cant get it off.
easy way to disconnect connectors?

my friend got it with 1 hand laying under a car held up by cinder blocks.
its not extremely hard just takes a lil bit.
