Only thing I can think of would be timing if everything else is kosher...

did you play or change the timing ?

iam running proefi on my supra timing was set at 15 degree full boost (10 psi)
car made 316 hp in the proefi log in 3 gear than i decided to raise it to 19 degrees look
hp jumped from 316 to 398 and its not only what the log is saying you can feel tad she is faster,
so what iam saying is check your timing maybe there is something wrong.

I had similar issues,17 mpg,same Bhp as yours when it shouldve been 100 Bhp more,,,,Check the Pipe coming off the Turbo isn't split !!!!,,THAT'S what my problem was,,,looking at it from what i could see from above,it looked fine,,,but once it was taken off,,it was split 3/4 of the way round,,,put a new hose on,,and everything improved Dramatically !!!,and went from 230 RWHP,to 400 RWHP !!!!!

I had the same,17 mpg and well down on power,and found it was the Pipe coming from the bottom of turbo down to the Intercooler,had split under the Jubilee clip,but the portion facing me was ok,so it didn't show any visual signs,,it was 3/4 of the way round as well,once fixed and remapped,,it went from 230 atrw to 400 atrw !!!!

If you had that much of a boost leak you wouldn't be able to build 20psi

Ah yes my boost had dropped to about 5/6 psi
