I have a 91 turbo supra that is automatic. I'm doing the head gasket right now and want to make it a 5speed. I have an r154 from my 1jz swap and a 1jz driveshaft. So will my 1jz drive shaft work with my 7m or are they different?

The driveshaft is not engine specific. It's transmission specific.
The r154 driveshaft you have will work. The auto one will not.
