I had 60-1 for about 2 years I think.
No issues, with it till it finally blew oil seals and started to burn oil/smoke.
Fun turbo to have.
Ran it on 20-25 psi the whole time I had it.

I have 550's with Walbro and other goodies, AFRs are rich with my PT6265, around 11.5 and all the way down to where my wideband maxes out. That's on 20 psi.
Base FP is ~43 psi.
I think you should be good to around 17-18 psi with proper tune.
I don't know if you have a wideband, but you should really get it, also get a exhaust temp sensor, that way when your wo2 dies, you can still monitor your temp.

for the setup you listed, my opinion is that's overkill.. go with the 60-1 if you're into the DM kits.

fuel and tune are almost always the limiting factors.. if you want to go to larger injectors, another fuel pump, and a standalone, well then maybe something bigger. but again, then the issue becomes pump gas versus race gas/e85.

DM really needs a turbo that fits in between the 60-1 and 67, that's a decent jump IMO.

i have an AEM wideband and a egt gauge. i was hoping eventually running e85 or meth. plus wouldn't the 264s help pull the bigger turbo? what do you guys think 17-20lbs with the dm67 be like? would that be a waste or could i still get decent power out of it?

I did 21 psi with my turbo and it was amazing...I dont know if he sells it or not but I would go divided housing as it helps alot with spooling it. I have a .70 divided housing. I got 10 by 3200 and 21 by 3800.

I have the 67mm DM turbo with a divided flange .70 rear housing, 2jz-gte cams in a 1.5JZ, Stinger stand alone, 680cc injectors and about 9.2:1CR. I run 17.5psi on my tune (which I hit around 3500ish rpm) and make 450whp

I might put it back on the dyno and tune it to 22psi. If I do, I'll post my results

as a side note, I don't have the map for the turbo, but I suspect that it is not in its efficiency range at 18psi. I think that it will come alive around 21psi. Time will tell, I guess
