I'm putting on a maft translator with the GM sensor. I also have a front facing intake manifold, will i need to keep my ISC valve? If so I'll have to make a place for it on my intake manifold, as it does not have a place for it..
Do i still need the ISC valve?

Yes, if running the stock ECU. You can put a little filter on it if running in speed density mode.
