i have my wideband hooked up and after trying to tune it without any sort of datalogging is difficult. So, i have a PLX m500 and i want to hook it up so that i can datalog my highway pulls.

I have 6 wires. 2 for speed and 4 for analog. Which pinouts do i hook these up to?? for sure 1 speed hookup will be the speedometer and the other i'm guessing injectors but which one?? 1&6, 2&4, 3&5?? does it matter??

and for the analog should i hook them up to the TPS, o2 sensor, air intake temp sensor and AFM???

Speed I would imagine are for RPM / Speedo so you can watch both at the same time (depending on gear etc) and the 4 outputs are if you have a V8... otherwise you use 3 of the 4... for your Injectors...

that is what makes sense to me...

I would attempt to find a manual however... they should have come with one.

The analog inputs can be used for any 0-5v sensor on the engine. You could log the tps or coolant temp, or even boost pressure if you have a map sensor. It may not be calibrated for each type of sensor, but you can monitor fluctuations or spikes once you know what normal looks like after cruising around.
