Connector ID help needed

Hi everybody i'm wiring my hydro fan and there are 2 connectors that i can't identify, can anybody tell what C and D connectors are and where are they located? they connect to pins 5 and 6. thanks for any help.

I dont have a plug for hydro fan, it was cut. i just have a bunch of wires hanging out so i need to trace all of them for proper set up. Does anyone know at which coolant temperature 1JZ turns on hydro fan to full blast?
