Are there any grommets out there that would 100% prevent any leaks, while still allowing a wire to pass through it?

John: I make my own bulkhead fittings for the fuel tank that seal 100% using Nylon and some epoxy.

Yep, went to bed last night and had a dream about bulkhead fittings, lol! That may be the way I have to go. Unfortunately, I've got in the neighborhood of 30 wires I need to pass through a piece of 1/4" acrylic.
I had thought of using some acrylic weld to 'weld' the fittings into place. I'll have to get some scrap acrylic and test some ideas out
