I would recommend the Cusco's for daily driving. I didnt have the chance to track em but they were fairly stiff but felt great on the road. 18k and 12k if I recall.

im looking into a set of tein ss coilovers and plan on doing poly bushings at all corners and st swaybars was wondering if this would be a good setup for a daily driver that is very playful and a few track days?

What spring rates are the SS's, what does your car weigh? I haven't tested the ST's yet, so I don't know how stiff they are in comparison to everything else. I also don't have any experience with the SS's, but maybe someone else does. But based on the trends, the dampers might make the ride a little harsh. And depending on spring rates, you might not even need ST bars, the stock ones might be more than sufficient and offer better grip than any aftermarket bars.
