Ok finally got the car to run. And the codes I'm getting is 21 and 78. I know 21 is o2 sensor so what is code 78. I'm stomped. Could anybody help me out. Thanks.

i don't think its really important because your 2j is in a mk3 and that only applies if its still in the mk4 or sc chasis i think... only thoses chasis have a sperate fuel control system so you should be ok without it...

Yea, dont worry about it. You'll have the code unless you install the MKIV fuel pump ecu. The code doesn't effect anything though.
