Hi All,

I have problem with my car after a BHG repair, when the engine is running the AFR is lean, the voltage in Vf1 is always 0.01, If I turn off the engine few seconds and then turn on the engine some times the VF1 voltage change to 1.90~2.0, the AFR change to 13.9 ~ 15.1, but after some time of driving the car begin to hesitate.

Get code 14, I want to know how to test the wiring from the ecu to the igniter.

I don’t know how to rewire because the wire color change from the ECU to the igniter can some help me?

Thanks and regards.

TSRM should let you know all the spec's, and how to test.

Sounds like you have a connection problem somewhere :[

http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/default.aspx

Some of the tests in the TSRM are a little complicated because I need to buy the 3V batteries :aigo:.

So I have an other igniter and coil packs to change to see if the code 14 fix, but I want to check the wiring from the ECU to the igniter.

Few months ago I already rewire the TPS, KNOCKS, so may be the wires to the igniter are also damage.

I already find how to check the wiring.

The wiring from the ECU to the 4 Pin igniter connector is good.

Wiring from the igniter to the ignition coil and also are good.

Ignition coil 1: 0.5 Ohms
Ignition coil 2: 0.5~0.6Oms
Ignition coil 3: 0.5~0.6Oms

The ignition coils terminal are not grounded.

Change other igniter and have the same problem.

So after all test the car have the same code 14.

So I don’t know what to do?

I'm afraid if you have trouble obtaining a couple of AA batteries and wiring them in series anything I suggest is not going to be helpful...

MMMM cmo'n just tell some thing, I alredy change the igniter in the mornig(also check the ground) ( so don't need to perform the 3V)and the problem continue, I'll replace the ignition coil tomorrow and also the 3v.

all spark plugs are new.
