Code 11 and idling problem

Code 11 in computer and the car does not want to run.. I have to keep throttle at 1/4 open to keep. It idling. There is no throttle response and if I fully open or fully close throttle it stalls. Any ideas?

Check to make sure the grounds on the intake manifold are good along with power to the Ecu.

almost sounds like a knock sensor wiring prob. mine did that and I did a re-wire fixed it
