glad to hear that you got somewhere with this. I had the same thing happen to me - when I politely confronted the woman that hit my car she called the cops and said that I was harassing her. Stupid bitch.

I never got anywhere with it though. Even though I had an eyewitness that saw her hit my car and the paint transfers matched up perfectly, we both had Allstate so they told me to fuck off and wouldnt pay out a dime. Shortly thereafter I told them to fuck off and got with USAA.
