I was having an issue with my car going rich on occasion. It was throwing no codes at all. ECU has been clear for sometime now. I replaced the temp sensor for the EFI and that seemed to help. Now when you replace that you have to move CPS wiring and after sometime they had moved back into position. No code thrown and car would not start after a short drive. I opened the hood and looked around a bit and wiggled my CPS wiring and the car started and ran a whole lot better. I've since rerouted the wires but plan on doing a rewire of the CPS. I guess my question is can the CPS screw the fuel mixture up without throwing codes?

PS: I pretty sure I read about a CPS rewire B4. Where can I get a 4 wire connector with wires in them so that I can replace stock heat cracked wires and connector????

Last I heard that connector was very difficult to get by itself. I'll also add that I have not seen a CPS rewire... knock sensor, but no CPS.
