Can you change the name of your car after you've already named it?

I named my car Serena, but decided I like a different name better. Is it possible to change it or am I stuck with it?

If her name is Serena, and you want to change it to Venus, accidentally call her Venus a few times. See how she handles it. After a while she will think her name is Venus (or said name) and forget all about the Serena. Or........brainstorm coming here..............just take out your EFI fuse and reset her memory. Tell her the new name and she won't know the difference.........BRILLIANT!!!!!!!
