Can u use the R154 clutch in the w58

Nope, different flywheels for GE (W58) and GTE (R154).

Disks are interchangable, but they are different sizes. Pressure plate is a definate no.

You're right actually. I'll edit my post, I had that backwards.

Doesn't the pressure plate and therefore the trans dictate the flywheel? The engine definitely doesn't matter. It's the same crank.

actually I've drilled and tapped a 2jzge (w58) flywheel for a 7mgte (r154) clutch/pp. The N/A flywheel is way thinner. I don't think th R154 clutch/pp would fit in the w58 bellhousing though. pretty fuckin big. And a note the pedal may act different and/or need adjustment because of the difference in thickness of the flywheel.

Look it up on here like 3 years ago. There's at least one other person who did it.
