There is no such thing. If you can't get what you need out of the stock setup, build some custom adjustable front upper control arms.

Are you sure the cams aren't seized?

JIC made one for the JZA70. That should fit.

Since you are in EU it probably will be cheaper to make custom lower arms.

The truth is that there are not ANY off the shelf adjustable upper control arms (UCAs) available anymore. If you want you could always put together some adjustable UCAs using parts from HRP . Unfortunately they do not sell ball joint that would be plug and play with the ToYoda spindle ... so be prepared to ream your spindle.

Looks like a car similar to yours ,but with at least -3 front camber -> Go for IT!

JIC adjustable upper arms were not available in the US for a while and as of last year there are not any remaining arms even in Japan...

Last year I could not find any on these auctions for quite some time - in addition DrJonez was not quite ready to sell me his arms so I had to brutalize my stock arms as seen here and here
