I'm pretty sure that's compressor surge. Just run ~30 psi with no BOV and your car will sound exactly like that.

yeah it is compressor surge but compressor surge is when pressure forces your turbo to go in the opposite direction watch he explains it pretty good. watch

Really just sounds like the BOV fluttering to me. He's probably running pretty high boost and has the BOV adjusted tight.

This supra is running a type r bov and it sounds pretty much like the supra in your video.
