bov in charge pipe?

i need to put new piping on my 87 supra 7mgte. I have pvc now done buy the last owner. I was looking at kits that include bovs.
how would set up the bov?
How do i get rid of the stock one?(i dont even know how it works on my supra)
is there any thing else ill have to do with the new bov?
what do i need to know that i dont?

ok so this is what i heard from a friend. that i have to a recirc. valve and i have to redo all the pipes.
