boost leak test

hey guys is there any threads on here on how to do a boost leak test on gte???
i already made an adapter for the turbo intake side but it wont hold any boost:1zhelp::aigo: do i have to plug off any of the vacuum lines or any hoses?? thanks.

Find where it is leaking from. It should be a sealed system. So if it isnt holding the pressure then it is getting out somewhere. Shouldnt have to cap anything.

Go to a hardware store and look for a big rubber cap, same inner diameter as the outer diameter of the intake pipe. Then use a valve stem for tires mounted in the center of it. Apply air like you are filling a tire.

Thats what I did on my TT3000gt. I lost it so I cant show a pic of it.
