Boost cut? Or Speed cut Which is true?

On the Aristo 2jzgte does it have boost cut? I'm asking because I was told that if you have an automatic ECU I don't have boost cut/fuel cut, I have SPEED CUT instead. Is this true??? If not then when does it kick in? Also is the safest boost setting the same as the 1J? (no higher than 14.5 psi) Thanks guys.

You have both. Speed cut at 120 mph and boost cut at ~13.7 psi
