Hey guys, me again. My newly swapped 2J is creating a LOT of black smoke and runs pretty rough, sounding like it's stumbling at times. I unplugged each coil pack to see if one cylinder was missing but they all seem to be working. It breaks up under power around 3500rpm but revs freely otherwise. No mechanical tapping or clicking noises.

No idea is too crazy or obvious, let me know what you think it could be!

info:
aristo 2jzgte
stock ecu
no downpipe or exhaust (yet)
no fuel pulsation dampener
oem FPR
holley 255 fuel pump

Have you checked for codes?

That's a lot of smoke from fuel.

Have you checked the Ecu itself?

This video was taken after I added some seafoam to the fuel, so that's probably making the smoke worse. I opened the ECU today and it was spotless, no damage/wear to the capacitors or to the board itself:

I cleaned both the MAP sensor and IACV, checked the timing, inspected the coil packs, checked for boost leaks and reset the computer. When I removed my brand new plugs they looked like this:

Something is obviously very very wrong, could a short between two wires in my harness be causing this? I'm ripping my hair out trying to find the cause of the problem, but I don't have a lot of experience and there isn't anyone around here who can help.
