BIC downpipe

i was just wonderin if anyone in mass had a BIC ddp. i was thinking of getting one but i dont kno if it will pass the mass state inspection and i dont want to spend 500 bucks if it wont pass.

Im live in Mansfield, MA. And I have a DDP. I got rejected at emissions, although nothing directly to do with the ddp. They did not look under the hood, and obvously since they only drive it on the dyno cruising the wastegate never opens up so it is never loud. Im guessing it would only be a problem if you have some self righteous Inspector that will go out of his wasy to look for shit, I dont imagine it would be a probem.
