BHG trying to start but wont...whats wrong?

Ok we finally got evertying back together. We go to start the car and after a couple of trys it starts back up but with a rough idle at about 400-500 rpm. then after about 20 seconds it died. Wouldnt start again untill we moved the cps 180. we treid again about five times...then it started with the same rough idle then died even sooner. I dont know if my injectors arnt firing, if im not getting spark, or what??? My battery might just be almost dead...i need help if anyone has had similar problems lmk asap!!! thanks guys

Check the big plug on the AFM.

yeah i double checked that and made sure the afm was conected

reset the timing belt and cps positioning.

we reset teh cps positioning but not the timing belt...it kinda sounds like not all 6 cyl are firing?

what about the battery?

the battery isnt used, so to speak, when the car is running. the car runs off the alternator. if the battery starts your car, and it's running, then it shouldnt be the problem.

got it to fire up and run..the battery was completely dead and the cps was off by about one tooth....thanks for all the help!
