Hey guys just wondering what your opinions are on the best sounding/performance exhaust for our supra's i'm in the process of purchasing a new system. Currently i run an HKS HI Power Silent system i'm stuck between the Trust Power Extreme 2 or the Blitz Nur Spec. If this topic is already covered please guide accordinly i would also appreciated vids if possible i can seem to find a proper vid on youtube for the Blitz Nur Spec with a proper rev most are usually idleing or partial rev. Awaiting opinions

My friend has a blitz nur spec on his car and it would be my second choice for an exhaust. My first choice would be the one that kwnate has installed on his car. Vid here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyJR2cyujrQ
Buy it here: http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/...t_info.html?osCsid=klr1e3irtqfgqb51qialh7crt1. It is the same exhaust formerly offered by horsepower freaks, and it recently got cheaper:) The sound levels are very similar between the two but with the ETS exhaust, there is reportedly less of the droning that is usually associated with an aftermarket system.

Looks like the Blitz exhaust, but has a different name...

I run a custom 3" dp with a hollowed cat. and 3" catback to a borla xr1 muffler. I absolutely love it, nice deep tone. not obsessively loud but definately gets the point across. i really dont have good vids of the sound of it but if you fast forward to the last clip in this vid, you can hear a pull off . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AgJ2KJObK0

Bliz is loud. Tanabe is quiet. Apexi is not as loud when resonated but at full throttle it will be very loud. You choose. On my Supra, I have a Tanabe and when the car was idling, all you heard was the injectors pulsing, nothing else, that is how quiet it is and I am not joking at all.

All depends on the engine I suppose. I bought ^this guy's old Blitz Nur Spec, sounds good on my 1j, with a silencer. Probably one of the quieter cars that was there at SILV this year...

I've been running a catless NUR Spec R setup for 6 years, still loving every second of it. It does also come with a silencer which drastically tones it down.

I consider myself to be on the fringe of what most people would call an acceptable drive-ability level though. If I had all the money in the world I would probably just have gone to a custom 1 piece straight pipe configuration, with at the very most a resonator.

If you don't want loud, but good performance, I have 3" turbo back with an HKS sport exhaust, with the duel pipes. Looks close to stalk, until you get close and see that each pipe is 2" instead of 1". Sounds really aggressive under low and WOT..and in the middle sounds like a low grumble. Cops never give it a second look since it isn't a fart can. When pics were taken, it was a little lopsided...it's all level now :)

Looks are where the similarities end, my friend. The ETS has 3.5" pipe (4" is available) versus the blitz's 3.3", the muffler is different between the two as is the tone, and the ETS tucks just a little better under the car. Have seen/ heard both of these exhausts on the car in person. Just my two pennies...
