You're not going to get a clear answer on that.

It's subjective and depends on dozens of factors including; Your current mod levels, your power goals, you intentions for the car (road, drag, street, mixed), your skill level, your tuners ability to tune it, your budget, etc...

There are literally hundreds of pages on this topic spread about the site. Your seeming unwillingness to do your own homework on this topic doesn't bode well.

Reading this might be a good place to start:

After that, you may have an understanding as to why nobody is willing or able to answer the question with the information you have provided.

It didn't. I'm simply trying to get across what level of information is needed to get good answers to your questions. ;)

Stock turbo? How much boost are you running? There's a limit to how hard you can push the CT-26.

However for those power goals, any piggyback would work. A S-AFC will get you there if you have the right tuner.

Be sure your tuner knows to tune a MKIII ECU against vF - if he doesn't know what that is, find someone else quickly, otherwise you are wasting your money.

Take a look at this post:

http://www.supramania.com/forums/showpost.php?p=545583&postcount=7

It's about tuning with the MAP-ECU, but it applies to all piggybacks, I even mention the S-AFC towards the bottom. Scroll down below the tables and take a look at the section where I talk about tuning to vF.

(P.S. - to be accurate a lot of the text on vF is copypasta from Reg Riemer, not my words, but I've found it all to be 100% true)

So for what you're trying to do, just about any piggyback will get you there with the MKIII. The tuner you select is going to mean a lot more than the device you hire him to tune.

How true.. My local tuner is going to freak out when they see my diy safc :-D hmm anyway, My 5cents is ,go with something that goes on the injectors if you're going for much power (as I'm not)..
