I finally got my 240v compressor outlet wired in so the compressor is alive and I bought an Ingersal Rand Thundergun to go with it. I am now shopping for an air hose. The thundergun has a 1/4 fitting and a 3/8 hose minimum spec.
I'm wondering should I step up with a 1/2 hose with 3/8 fitting using an adapter? Or, would that just cause a restriction at the fitting adapter making it not worth while? I plan to keep the hose at 25ft. that's plenty for my garage.
I keep getting different opinions on hose size though so I thought I would ask around more before buying.
