Finishing the wiring on my stinger ems... using is300 coils wired as such. Coil1=cyl1/6 Coil2=2/5 Coil3=3/4.
Now on injectors im confused using batch fire wouldnt I pair the same injectors as coils?? Or wire ir inj1=1/4 inj2=2/6 inj3=3/5.. I dont see how the latter can work seeing as the firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4...

Its not going to send fuel on point like sequential. Its just squirts out fuel on those 2 cylinders at the same time.

Same for the spark. Except there companion cylinders so it sparks on compression and exhaust burning any of the un burnt fuels in the exhaust.

I understand that its not sending fuel in sequential.. it is sending them in pairs but the pairs match so when it some to the second time the pairs fire their companion cylinders are at the end of their compression stroke... it will send it in sequential for 3 paired... so for the coils 1+6 fire=1 then 2+5 fire=5 then 3+4 fire=3 then 1+6 fires again=6 then 2+5 fires again=2 then 3+4 fires again=4 making it fire in the correct order of 153624.
Now pairing the injectors the same way would be the same way pairing 1+6 on output 1 2+5 on output 2 and 3+4 on output 3, but in doing some research it seems the 7mgte is paired as 1+4 then 2+6 then 3+5... making the injector firing order 1-6-3-4-2-5 or another combo but doesn't match the ignition.. make sense? I just don't see how the injectors can work paired as such but don't want to have to redo it..

Basically, the injectors are fired just as the first of the pair's intake valves are opening, so as the intake valves of #4 are opening, #4 and #1 injectors are fired, so at #1, the injector is a bit early. Then, when #5 intake valves are about to open, #5 and #3 injectors are fired, so the fuel is again a bit early for #3, then the same for #6 and #2.

Firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4.... so what you are saying is to pair them up as 1+5 3+6 and 2+4... 1and 5 fire 1 goes into the open intake valves while 5 is fired early into closed intake valves ect? It seems there is many ways to do this what if any would be the best way?

It never even mattered! Gage a call to ems north America and the stinger v4 fires all injector outputs at the same time. I can wire it any way I want and it won't even matter...
